Super One REFUSES to allow time for Union Representatives and Stewards to talk to new hires, new to the Union workplace.

Super One REFUSES to provide benefits for its Utility workers (part-time baggers, carry-outs, cart pushers) – no vacation, no holiday pay (not even when they work the holiday).

Super One REFUSES to promise to increase full-time jobs in its stores.

Super One REFUSES to provide equal opportunities for women – only 25% of full time jobs are held by women.

Super One REFUSES to work collaboratively with the Union to improve conditions in the workplace (through Labor Management meetings).

Super One REFUSES to give employees funeral leave for the death of a brother-in-law, sister-in-law, daughter-in-law, or son-in-law unless the union agrees to perpetuate an unequal system of benefits for employees in the same classification.

WHAT DOES SUPER ONE WANT TO DO?

Super One WANTS TO take away benefits from Duluth employees in retaliation for the city passing Earned Sick and Safe Time.

Super One WANTS TO take away seniority rights for part-time employees.

Super One WANTS TO use Union members’ dues money to pay for their own marketing program.
