Essentia Clinics/Pharmacies Bargaining Update

The UFCW 1189 bargaining committee has met with Essentia for three consecutive days beginning on February 20.  The discussions have been collaborative and productive when negotiating non-economic items, such as discipline.  Discussions are now slowing down as Essentia is proposing changes to member benefits that allows them to unilaterally make changes without negotiating with the Union. We will meet again in March.
